Motorcycle Retailer Structured Cabling

Motorcycle Retailer Structured Cabling

The largest motorcycle retail store has undertaken a major upgrade of its network cabling system to significantly enhance operational efficiency and communication capabilities. This comprehensive project involved the installation of 583 nodes using two different cable management systems across two office buildings. In Project Phase 1, 386 nodes were installed with underfloor cable management, while in Project Phase 2, 197 nodes were installed with overhead cable management. The primary objective was to modernize the existing network infrastructure, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and scalability to meet both current and future business demands.

  • Structured Cabling
We specialize in delivering comprehensive structured cabling solutions, expertly managing the supply and installation of 187 Voice Nodes, 190 Data Nodes, and 9 Wi-Fi Nodes through underfloor cable management, following the successful installation of 96 Voice Nodes, 97 Data Nodes, and 4 Wi-Fi Nodes using overhead cable management. Throughout the process, we ensure that each node is precisely connected, rigorously tested for optimal functionality, and clearly labeled and tagged, maintaining the highest standards of organization and efficiency within the data center environment.

Phase 2

Project Implementation

In this phase of the project, the network cables are routed through the ceiling. We terminate, patch, and connect the cables to the existing network devices.

Project Turn Over

Similar to Phase 1, we ensure a streamlined and organized installation throughout the entire infrastructure. However, unlike the earlier phase, this phase includes the patching and connecting of cables to the network devices.

Overall, we have successfully completed the network cabling infrastructure upgrades, consisting of two phases, ensuring reliability and robust performance.

Server

Server

In computing, a server is a computer program or a device that provides functionality for other programs or devices, called “clients”. This architecture is called the client–server model, and a single overall computation is distributed across multiple processes or devices. Servers can provide various functionalities, often called “services”, such as sharing data or resources among multiple clients, or performing computation for a client. A single server can serve multiple clients, and a single client can use multiple servers. A client process may run on the same device or may connect over a network to a server on a different device.
